    describes your situation then Sargent & Greenleaf
    recommends the following:

  • Contact your actual "Safe Manufacturer" to see if your safe is
    still covered under that companies warranty period for service
    or repair. The safe manufacturers name is usually located on
    the door of the safe, or with the original paperwork that came
    with the safe.

  • Contact a professional locksmith for service of your safe.
