There are some slight differences between the various 6100 Series
locks, determining which lock you are dealing with may be helpful in
the troubleshooting process.
Step 1:
Always identify which lock model you are working with before doing
anything. To do this simply press ( * 8 # ). The response from the
keypad will be as follows:

- 6120 Beep Pattern: 2 short low pitch beeps.
