IP Series 100 Electronic Lock

Diagnostics for the IP Series Electronic Lock system

Please select the issue that best describes your situation:


1. I am not getting any power to the keypad.

2. I cannot pull up the web page.

3. I cannot connect to my lock using the Lock Management
Program.

4.  When I enter my 8 digit code the lock opens but the
keypad turns off and on.

5. I am getting an error when I try to program my lock through
HTML.

6. When I enter my combination into the lock I am getting an
error.

7.  When I start up my LMP/Exception reporter software it give
me a "Divide by 0" error and does not start up.

8. When I press the buttons on my keypad the do not always
want to register.

9. I have a bad keypad and need to replace it.
