Step 1:

Replace the Battery(s) and wait 15 minutes

Step 2:

  • Sargent & Greenleaf recommends Duracell alkaline
    batteries
  • Do NOT touch the keypad for 15 minutes (minimum).
  • After a full 15 minutes or longer, re-enter a valid code then
    press #. The lock should now be functional again.
